Windsor Ballroom

Walk into the stately doors of the Windsor Ballroom and prepare to be swept off of your feet. Located on the lobby level, this gorgeous space features 12,000 square feet with exceptionally high ceilings and lavish décor. The Windsor Ballroom is the ideal spot for hosting larger groups and can be partitioned into 5 smaller groups for break-out meetings. This extravagant area can seat up to 850 guests for a sit down dinner up to 1,500 people in a theatre style layout. For a pre or post gathering, head out to the 25,000 square foot garden oasis, Windsor Garden, and enjoy outdoor events, receptions, and socials.

Venetian Ballroom

Celebrate your special day in one of Atlanta's most extravagant wedding and reception spaces, the Venetian Ballroom at InterContinental Buckhead Atlanta. This sprawling 6,100 square feet area features sparkling Venetian crystal chandeliers and elegant décor adding a touch of sophistication to your gathering. The ballroom comfortably seats up to 600 guests for dinner and can be partitioned up to 6 separate rooms for smaller events. Located on the lobby level, the Venetian Ballroom overlooks and provides access to the lush Windsor Garden.

Hope and Trippe Rooms

The Hope and Trippe rooms each offer approximately 2,500 square feet of flexible event space for a company training session or small banquet for up to 250 people. Host small to medium-size meetings and conferences in this stylish space where you'll get personalized attention and service that is sure to make your event a success. For an outdoor function, the Hope Room features a garden terrace with access to the beautiful Windsor Garden.

Willard and Barclay Boardrooms

The ideal space for smaller meetings and intimate conferences, our Willard and Barclay boardrooms are designed for up to 14 people with all of the services and conveniences of a corporate office - marble conference table, leather executive chairs, speaker phone, TV, overhead projector, A/V equipment, dry erase board, and professional catering. Stay connected in your meeting with Wi-Fi access.
